Westcott Farm

Savoury Vegetarian Pies from the home of the Black Welsh Mountain Sheep
Lorna and Jack Kearney raise sheep on their farm just north of Duncan on Westcott Road. Lorna raises the lambs for meat, but she also believes in using all of the animal.
The hides are cured and made into beautiful, soft pelts that can be used for a baby's bed, a chair, or even on a motorcycle. The wool for her socks is mixed with a hint of nylon, so they are warm and wonderful and can be washed and yes, even tossed into the dryer.
Lorna's savoury pies made with homew grown vegetables, sell out every market day. She also sells eggs and wild turkey feathers.
Her free-range pickled eggs are created in an inspected kitchen and sell for $6 a jar.
Lorna is also a very accomplished artist and you can purchase copies of her books on cougars and eagles at her stall.
The Kearneys do not have email, but can be reached by phone at 250-748-5698.
